Marty is a retired psychiatrist living in Delray Beach, Florida.

Some of his patients worked at Disney World and at least one of them is Goofy.  Some of his patients worked at Cape Canaveral and most of them are space cadets. 

Some of his patients suffered from a tropical depression – and if progress in therapy is slow, they say, “Hurry, Kane.”

Marty’s practice also included several NBA players for the fortuitously named ‘Orlando Magic.’  He had to special order an extra-length couch for them. They call him their ‘Head Coach.’

Central Florida is also the home of many roller coasters.  Coincidentally, when his patients got their bills, they felt they’ve been taken for a ride.  Marty minimized their emotional pain by giving them a hug – in other words – he gave them a shrinkwrap.

Marty refused requests from female patients to meet with him after hours, because he’s not a psychiatryst.
